A Listening Ear (40 minute)

A Listening Ear is a judgment free session where you can release what’s been weighing on your mind and heart. This session is designed for moments when you need to talk it out, process your emotions, and feel validated without the pressure to have it all together.

During this time you are free to speak openly about whatever is on your mind, express emotions without feeling rushed or dismissed, be met with compassion, presence, and understanding. You Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and emotionally supported. You don’t have to carry everything alone. Sometimes healing begins simply by being heard.
